Before you start

Connect through Claude

  1. Open Claude and go to settings.
  2. Find the Connectors section and click “Add connector”.
  3. Paste this address:
    https://centic.ai/api/mcp
  4. Click Authorize when Claude prompts you.
  5. Back in Claude's connector list, click Configure on Centic and turn on Always Allow for all connector tools. This lets your agent answer questions without interrupting you with per-tool permission prompts.

What happens when you connect

A new tab opens. You sign in to Centic — or get signed in automatically if you already are — and see a page asking if you want to let Claude access your data. You click Authorize, and you're done. The connection stays active and refreshes automatically so you don't have to reconnect.

If something goes wrong

The authorization tab didn't open.
Check that your browser allowed the popup, or try the connect step again.
You see “no restaurants found”.
Sign in to Centic in your browser first, make sure you have at least one restaurant assigned, then retry.
Claude says the connection expired.
Remove and re-add the connector — you'll go through the Authorize step again.
